Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Beratung bei der Immobiliensuche

  • Erlernen der Bewertung von Immobilien anhand von Lage, Größe und Zustand

  • Unterstützung bei der Akquise neuer Objekte für Verkauf oder Vermietung

  • Erstellung von Exposés und Anzeigen für verschiedene Vermarktungskanäle

  • Terminierung und Durchführung von Besichtigungen mit Interessenten

  • Dokumentation und Nachbereitung der Besichtigungstermine

  • Schrittweise Einführung in eigenständige Verhandlungen und Abschlüsse

  • Aufbau eines Netzwerks zu potenziellen Käufern, Verkäufern und Kooperationspartnern

Ihr Profil

  • Completion of the intermediate school leaving certificate, advanced technical college entrance qualification, advanced technical college entrance qualification or the Abitur

  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

  • Interesse an Immobilien und der Immobilienbranche

  • Initial knowledge of MS Office is an advantage

  • Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und ein hohes Interesse an der Immobilienbranche

  • Advanced language skills and strong communication abilities in German and English
