There are many occasions that require property valuation - from internal decision-making aids and balance sheet accounting to transactions. We are happy to help.

Our highly experienced team creates professionally sound and high-quality reports for you in accordance with international standards (e.g., RICS, TEGoVA, or IVSC) or German regulations (e.g., market value according to § 194 BauGB or loan collateral value according to § 16 PfandBG). In addition to market and loan collateral values, we also determine insurance or scenario values as well as rental values and prepare reports within the scope of legal proceedings and tax assessments.

We are “Regulated by RICS.“ This seal demonstrates our commitment to adhering to a strict code of conduct and upholding the highest professional and ethical standards. Our team includes multiple real estate appraisers certified by HypZert for financial purposes, publicly appointed and sworn experts by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and appraisers accredited by RICS as Chartered Surveyors and Registered Valuers. All experts are accredited by BaFin for the valuation of real estate funds.
