Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Führung und Verantwortung der Investmentabteilung inkl. Mitarbeiter- und Budgetverantwortung

  • Verfolgung und Umsetzung der geschäftspolitischen Ziele und Vorgaben der Geschäftsleitung

  • Wahrnehmung der Budget- und Ertragsverantwortung der Abteilung gemäß jährlicher Ziel- und Budgetvorgabe

  • Akquisition, Kundenbetreuung, Verkaufsförderung und Verkaufsgespräche

  • Steuerung und Kontrolle der innerbetrieblichen Abläufe und Präsentation der Abteilung in der Öffentlichkeit

  • Kooperation mit den anderen Abteilungen und Geschäftsbereichen der Gesellschaft zur Erstellung größtmöglicher Synergien

  • Analyse von Immobilien hinsichtlich nachhaltiger Verwertungs- bzw. Optimierungspotenzialen sowie Beratung und Begleitung im Rahmen von Mietvertragsverhandlungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Immobilienwirtschaft, Bauingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften – alternativ eine qualifizierte Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau, -fachwirt oder -makler

  • Mehrjährige relevante Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld und mit Schwerpunkt Investment

  • Unternehmerisch denkend und handelnd

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen Immobilienmarkts sowie ein belastbares Branchennetzwerk

  • Zielorientiert, kommunikationsstark, kreativ, strukturiert und durchsetzungsfähig – mit Überblick auch in komplexen Situationen

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise ergänzt durch weitere relevante Tools

  • Zusätzliche Stärken: Innovationsfreude, Out-of-the-box-Denken, Begeisterung für Immobilien und die Fähigkeit, Prozesse und Wirtschaftlichkeit gezielt zu verbessern
