Your responsibilities with us

  • Akquisition von Objekten und Neukunden im Bereich Industrie- und Logistikflächen

  • Ausarbeitung von Vermarktungseinschätzungen und -Strategien für unsere Auftraggeber

  • Erstellung von Präsentationen für die Vermarktung von Immobilienobjekten

  • Erarbeitung von Logistikkonzepten und - lösungen für Kunden unterschiedlicher Branchen und Größen

  • Verantwortung von Projekten im Bereich Lager- und Logistikplanung von der Konzeptionierung über die Anforderungsdefinition bis zur Realisierung

  • Erarbeitung von Verkaufs- und Vermietungskonzepten und -exposes

  • Akquisition von Neuprojekten sowie eigenständiger Netzwerkaufbau mit den wichtigsten Marktteilnehmern

Your profile

  • Eine abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche oder immobilienwirtschaftliche Ausbildung (mindestens 1 -2 Jahre Erfahrung im Transaktionsbereich)

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Vermietung sowie Verkauf von Industrie- und Logistikobjekten

  • Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, Einbringen eigener Impulse, Begeisterungsfähigkeit für Innovationen und hohe Beratungskompetenz

  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hohe Zuverlässigkeit

  • Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise

  • Du bist an der Förderung Deiner fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung interessiert

  • Professionelles Auftreten Hands-on-Mentalität

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
