  • Beratung und Betreuung von Interessenten während des gesamten Vermietungs- bzw.Verkaufsprozesses

  • Eigenverantwortliche Akquisition von geeigneten Wohnimmobilien und Grundstücken

  • Erstellung von Markt- und Standortanalysen und Objekteinwertungen

  • Anfertigung von Pitch-Präsentationen

  • Durchführung von Besichtigungen

  • Rentabilitätsberechnungen

  • Begleitung der Vertragsverhandlungen bis zum Signing

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrener Vertriebsprofi mit Begeisterung für Wohnimmobilien

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Vermietung sowie Verkauf von Wohnobjekten

  • Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, Einbringen eigener Impulse, Begeisterungsfähigkeit für Innovationen und hohe Beratungskompetenz

  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hohe Zuverlässigkeit

  • Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise

  • Sie sind an der Förderung Ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung interessiert

  • Professionelles Auftreten Hands-on-Mentalität

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
