Your responsibilities with us

  • Mitwirken bei Verkaufsprozessen von einzelnen Objekten sowie Portfolien in sämtlichen Assetklassen

  • Mitwirken bei der Erstellung von Markt-, Objekt- und Standortanalysen

  • Kontakt zu nationalen und internationalen Investoren, Begleitung von Kundenterminen und Objektbesichtigungen

  • Unterstützen bei Research/Datenpflege (interne Datenbank: argo)

Your profile

  • Mindestens im 4. Semester eines Bachelorstudiums mit der Fachrichtung Immobilienwirtschaft

  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Programmen, vor allem in Excel und Power-Point

  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Hohe Affinität zu analytischer Arbeit und / oder Organisationstalent

  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit, Teamorientierung und ein hoher Grad an Selbstständigkeit
