Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Eigenständige Erfassung und Verarbeitung von immobilienmarktrelevanten Daten für den Gewerbeimmobilien- und Wohnungsmarkt aus internen und externen Quellen

  • Pflege und Bearbeitung unserer Datenbanken u.a. mit Schwerpunkt auf Transaktionen aus Investment- und Vermietungsbereichen, Makro- und Mikromarktinformationen sowie einzelner Bewertungsmandate

  • Recherche, Aktualisierung und Bearbeitung von Dokumenten und Unterlagen im Rahmen von Bewertungsmandaten sowie Researchprojekten

  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung neuer Analyse- und Visualisierungswerkzeuge

Ihr Profil

  • Aktuell laufendes Studium mit Immobilienbezug

  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse – insbesondere des MS Office-Pakets (Excel) und ggf. auch in GIS

  • Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Datenprozessen und Datenbanken, idealerweise durch Praktika oder Studienprojekte, sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich Immobilienwirtschaft von Vorteil

  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
