Your responsibilities with us

  • Erstellung von zielgruppengerechtem Content für LinkedIn und unsere Homepage –KI ist dein Co-Pilot, du steuerst Qualität und Tonalität
  • SEO-optimierte Texte und Inhalte für unsere Website: du weißt, wie man für Menschen und Suchmaschinen schreibt
  • Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Beschleunigung von Content-Workflows – von der Recherche bis zur fertigen Veröffentlichung
  • Mitwirkung bei digitalen Marketingkampagnen und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Online-Präsenz
  • Datengestützte Analyse unserer digitalen Performance und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen
  • Unterstützung der Marketing- und Kommunikationsabteilung im Tagesgeschäft

Your profile

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Digitale Medien oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet

  • KI-Affinität aus Überzeugung: du arbeitest aktiv mit Tools wie ChatGPT, Perplexity, Canva AI oder vergleichbaren Lösungen und weißt, wie man sie sinnvoll inWorkflows integriert

  • Verständnis für digitale Kanäle, Algorithmen und Content-Formate, du weißt, was auf LinkedIn funktioniert und warum

  • Grundkenntnisse in SEO; Erfahrung mit CMS-Systemen (z. B. WordPress) von Vorteil

  • Stilsicherheit: Gespür für Sprache, Ästhetik und die Frage, wie man eine seriöse Markemodern und authentisch kommuniziert

  • Strukturierte, schnelle Arbeitsweise – du verlierst auch bei hohem Tempo nicht den Blick für Qualität

  • Eigeninitiative und Lust, eigene Ideen einzubringen statt nur Aufgaben abzuarbeiten

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
